April 01, 2021 (1 min read)
"The Center for Gender & Refugee Studies (CGRS) provides support to attorneys representing individuals in asylum, withholding of removal, and Convention Against Torture claims. This webinar focuses on how to effectively use resources available through CGRS’s Technical Assistance Program as a strategy in representation. CGRS has recently transitioned to a Technical Assistance Library to provide litigation support materials on-demand to advocates who register their cases with CGRS. We will demonstrate upgrades to our online portal, provide tips on how to obtain resources tailored to your case, and provide an overview of our Expert Witness Database. We will also discuss how CGRS utilizes case outcomes to inform guidance. This webinar is open to new and seasoned users of CGRS’s Technical Assistance Program. Learn how CGRS can support you in securing protection for your clients.
