"On October 23, 2020, the Purdue Plaintiffs filed a motion for a preliminary injunction or section 705 APA stay, requesting that the Court (1) “enjoin[] Defendants from enforcing Department of Labor Interim Final Regulation: Strengthening Wage Protections for the Temporary and Permanent Employment of Certain Aliens in the United States, 85 Fed. Reg. 63872 (October 8, 2020)”; and (2) “requir[e] Defendants, within 10 business days of the date of the order, to reissue any prevailing wage determinations that have been issued pursuant to the IFR.” ...
