The 2022 edition from CSC captures more than two dozen new case notes from state and federal court decisions interpreting Pennsylvania business law, as well as five full-text cases from the past year, highlighting recent legal developments concerning fiduciary duties of partners, receiverships, securities violations by LLC members, self-dealing, and veil-piercing.
