New 2022 Virginia Assembly Law Just Made Filing for LLCs Easier

A new law passed by the Virginia Assembly during the 2022 session allows limited liability companies formed or operating in the state to prepay their annual registration fees for two or three years online. Until now, LLCs had to file annually or face penalties.
