Lauren Davis Lauren Davis is the person behind the scenes of the blog. Please let her know if you want to see any changes or topics added to the blog! Her background is in teaching and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She also holds a Masters of Elementary Education from Gardner Webb University. She was born and raised in Raleigh, NC, home of the North Carolina State Wolfpack. GO PACK! Outside of work she has a passion for volunteering with at-risk children, and with rescue dogs. In her free time she loves to spend time with her family, friends, her fur babies, and traveling the world.

Maggie Hepburn

Maggie Hepburn As a Learning Experience Principal at LexisNexis, Maggie’s focus is not only on your training content but also on your training experience. Her goal is to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience that combines an engaging training style, meaningful content and thought leadership in the areas of Data Quality, Business Development and End User adoption of CRM. She has worked with a large number of law firms and other professional services firms helping them to assess training needs around the goals and initiatives of the firm. Prior to LexisNexis, Maggie has served her customers in training and project management roles. She has a MA in Linguistics and enjoys traveling to new places.

Chris Katchuk

Chris Katchuk Chris attended Hobart & William Smith College in upstate New York where he majored in English and American History. Upon graduation, Chris started his own business in 2005 in the construction industry. After selling the business in 2007, he went to work for Redwood Analytics as a Marketing Specialist. Currently he works for LexisNexis as the Operations Manager for the Training and Professional Services team.  Chris became PMP certified in January of 2017.

Linda Tant

Linda Tant Linda Tant is the Lead Learning Technologist for the LexisNexis Business of Law Software Solutions team. In her role, she designs and develops web-based training modules and instructor-led classroom materials for various LexisNexis software products. Her background includes technology support and training for the mortgage and real estate industry.


Amy Nelson

Amy Nelson Amy handles the design, development and delivery of educational programs that benefit various LexisNexis user communities. Earlier in her career, she was an education specialist supporting the clinical and academic needs of a major medical center, and also had roles as a lab technician and public school teacher. Adept at using technology to facilitate the learning process for audiences and students of any age, Amy earned a Master of Education degree from North Carolina State University in Workforce Development and Training, and also a B.S. degree in Biology from East Carolina University.

Jonathan Biebesheimer

Jonathan Biebesheimer Jonathan Biebesheimer is a seasoned business professional with over twenty years of experience working with both profit and non-profit organizations globally.  Jonathan joined LexisNexis in 2007 and has performed various roles within the sales organization, he currently serves as a solution architect for the entire practice management portfolio including Time Matters, PCLaw and Juris.  Prior to LexisNexis Jonathan owned and operated multiple technology-based business ventures of his own.

Elena Cutri

Elena Cutri An educator by trade, Elena is a lifelong learner (aka school nerd!) at heart. She is fascinated by how people leverage learning to live intelligent and informed lives. As Director of Education Services for LexisNexis, she enjoys partnering with clients to guide their change management efforts through learning. Elena holds both a Master of Arts degree in Corporate Communications and a Master in Business Administration degree in Management. She is also an Adjunct Faculty member teaching Public Speaking 101 at a Chicagoland college. When not working, she spends time with her family, leads a Girl Scout troop and teaches classes for adults with special needs.

Kathy Baker

Kathy Baker Kathy is currently in her 18th year as a LexisNexis/Juris employee, working with Juris and Juris Suite software.  She currently is in a Consultant role on the Professional Solutions team and delivers onsite and remote consulting services to new and existing Juris clients.  Since the Fall of 2010 Kathy has delivered consulting services to over 100 new and existing Juris clients. Additionally, Kathy was the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of the Tennessee Division of the American Cancer Society for over 13 years.  Kathy has a passion for Juris, she is dedicated, she always strives for customer satisfaction, and with her the customer comes first!

Meghan Frank

Meghan Frank Meghan Frank is the Senior Marketing Manager for enterprise software solutions at LexisNexis Legal & Professional, which includes the InterAction® Customer Relationship Management and CounselLink® Enterprise Legal Management solutions. She has an extensive background in leading marketing for enterprise technology solutions, focusing on legal technology for most of her career. Meghan holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from University of Minnesota.

John Leininger

John Leininger John Leininger is a Senior Consultant who has been with the Consulting Services team since 2007. He provides technical services to InterAction clients, including custom reporting, data conversions, and data integrations. He also assists with scoping of technical services for new and existing clients.


Donna McCoy

Donna McCoy Donna McCoy is Director of Professional Services at LexisNexis. Donna oversees a team of consultants, project managers, integration engineers, and onboarding support resources that optimize the customer's CounselLink experience by ensuring that the application is aligned with current business processes and industry best practices. Donna is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional, and has more than 20 years’ experience in overseeing the implementation of SaaS-based products for clients of all sizes, both domestically and globally. Prior to joining LexisNexis in 2007, Donna worked as an IT Program Manager at Intel Corporation.

Drew Sammeth

Drew Sammeth Drew Sammeth is a LexisNexis Client Educator for InterAction, bringing with him almost a decade of experience managing CRM and marketing technology in law firms, including marketing, data quality, training and administration of InterAction as well as e-marketing tools. Focusing on customer success and positive training experiences, Drew utilizes his time creating efficient and engaging course content for application to real-life scenarios. When Drew is not in the classroom, he can often be found hiking or camping in the Colorado mountains, listening to some Dolly Parton bluegrass.

Kelley Howell

Kelley Howell Kelley Howell has worked for LexisNexis for 12 years, starting in the CounselLink Account Management team. Today, she manages our Business Consultant team in the Professional Services Organization. She has a deep customer experience background, has been focused on bringing new clients on board with CounselLink and completing special projects for existing customers for the last several years. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Kelley spent time in the advertising and marketing fields, including working for a non-profit golf organization for kids.

Kris Bochat

Kris Bochat Kris Bochat has worked with numerous law firms – including several in the AmLaw 50 – as well as professional, financial, and consulting service firms. He has worked with LexisNexis since 2007 and has more than 17 years’ consulting experience. Kris’ positions have included Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Implementations Specialist. His goal is to make the world a better place through CRM.


Terry Davis

Terry Davis Terry Davis is a Senior Technical Consultant for LexisNexis InterAction with over forty years of experience in Information Technology (I/T). Terry cut his I/T teeth writing programs for DEC PDP-8 minicomputers while an undergraduate at Northwestern University. Prior to joining LexisNexis in 2008, Terry most notably worked for IBM (i.e., Systems Engineer, manager, I/T Strategy and Planning consultant), Blackwell Consulting Services (i.e., I/T consultant), Aerie Technologies (i.e., minority owner, chief architect and lead I/T developer) and earned a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Chicago. Terry leverages a life-time of solving client problems, specializing in custom application development. Adept at learning new technologies, Terry is a full-stack developer who lives by the motto, “This isn’t rocket science, someone has already solved the problem. I just have to find out who.”

Stan Graham

Stan Graham Stan Graham, CPA and Senior Consultant with the Juris Professional services team. Stan is a CPA in the State of Ohio, with specialized knowledge and expertise in the areas of Accounting, Taxation, Business of Law, Business Consulting and Juris Software. He has been with LexisNexis for 19 years and has 10 years of in-depth experience working with Juris software and Law Firm Consulting.


Rebecca Bell

Rebecca Bell Rebecca Bell is in her 13th year at LexisNexis where she has worked as an Account Manager, Customer Care lead and currently as a Business Consultant, implementing new clients and working with existing clients on expansion of their services. She is an Oregon native and graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in journalism, but now calls California home. Before joining the CounselLink team Becky worked as a newspaper and magazine editor, trade association director, stay-at-home mom and legislative analyst for LexisNexis StateNet. She is a music fan who travels the country to see her favorite bands and she also enjoys boating on the Sacramento Delta and in the lakes of northern California. Becky recently welcomed her first grandchild and says that life couldn’t be better.

Duane Cary

Duane Cary Duane Cary is a Senior Trainer for LexisNexis. In a prior life, he worked in retail as a General Manager specializing in customer service and growing the business. After over a decade in malls and free-standing structures, he left that world behind and started with LexisNexis in 2005, bringing his customer service skills to Time Matters/Billing Matters tech support. He moved to a TM/BM training role and has added PCLaw, Juris, Juris Suite, and CounselLink to his skillset. He has an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Networking due to his love of numbers and computers. His passion is training, and he lives for the “I didn’t know it could do that!” moment when customers learn something new about their software that will make their working lives that much easier. When not working, he travels with his wife, a practicing Family Law attorney since 1995, is an avid gamer, and writes short fiction, novels, and screenplays.

Kathy Bishop

Kathy Bishop Kathy Bishop is the CLE Content Expert for the LexisNexis CLE On Demand programs. She works with our attorney subscribers, legal editors and other content providers to create new and interesting on-demand CLE programs. In her “free time,” she still practices law and primarily focuses on family and criminal law. Prior to working for LexisNexis, she was a district attorney in Montgomery County, Ohio and interned for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio. She is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law.
