Order of entries on a bill within the same date

When printing a bill, we want the entries to appear in a specified order within a given date (e.g., travel to the trial should be listed before listing time billed for the trial  itself), even if the billing item was originally typed into Billing Matters in a different order.  We therefore need to be able to edit billing entries so that they appear in the correct order on the bill.

Tech support thought that entries within the same day were sorted by the "start time".  Experimenting shows that this is not correct.  Entries seem to show on the bill based on the time entered into Billing Matters, except that if two entries are entered within a minute of each other, they sort randomly.

Try changing the Bill Profile Itemize Options for Time entries to Date, and enter the order as times in Start Time.
