I have TM 10 hosted on Windows 7 machine; my computer is an XP Pro SP3 machine. I was using a Windows Mobile 6 based phone with its version of Outlook, use Outlook on my computer, and have them both using a hosted Exchange SErver (in my case, 4Smartphone). When I sent an email from my phone, I would get a prompt later on my computer from TMConnect wanting to know if I wanted to save the email to TM.
Now I have a new phone--on the Android system. I have set its Email function to synchronize with my 4smartphone hosted exchange server; but now, when I send email, although it ends up in my Sent Items folder on my computer, I do NOT usually get the prompt to save to TM (although sporadically I do).
Can anyone explain why I would get this different result if TM should detect, from my desktop installation, that new email was sent?
