New York Court Rules Annotated A ‘Must-Have’ For Litigators

The recently released New York Court Rules Annotated (2010), a two-volume annual pamphlet edition, offers thousands of annotations and, according to David L. Ferstendig of LexisNexis’ New York Civil Practice Advisory Board, is a must-have for litigators. Ferstendig, who is also General Editor of Weinstein, Korn & Miller, New York’s leading litigation treatise, noted that changes to New York civil practice are driven increasingly by court rule amendment rather than legislative enactment, making case law interpretation of the rules a critical need.
