Mealey's Toxic Tort/Environmental - Titanium Parts Maker Agrees To Pay $14M To Resolve PCB Contamination Cleanup Suit

LAS VEGAS - Titanium Metals Corp. (TIMET) on May 14 agreed to pay $14 million to investigate and remediate polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) contamination at its manufacturing site in Henderson, Nev., to resolve a lawsuit brought by the U.S. federal government, according to court filings in Nevada federal court (United States of America v. Titanium Metals Corporation, No. 14-00749, D. Nev.).
