LexisNexis has joined forces with OverDrive, the digital library solutions provider chosen by 18,000+ libraries, schools and colleges worldwide, to provide law libraries with a digital library solution. LexisNexis® Digital Library offers customers eBook lending capabilities, much like lending a physical book, in addition to library management capabilities.

The core of LexisNexis Digital Library is a centralized web site created by OverDrive and customized for each organization. A librarian or designated administrator serves as the sole manager of the virtual library, ordering titles and supervising lending of all electronic content. Implementation of the service provides significant savings compared to space, filing services and distribution costs associated with traditional print books.

Users of LexisNexis Digital Library have access to the largest collection of eBooks for legal professionals with more than 1,100 electronic publications available from LexisNexis.
