CLEVELAND - Ulmer & Berne LLP has announced that Joseph A. Castrodale, a Cleveland-based partner and chair of the firm's Business Litigation Practice Group, has been named among a select group of lawyers nationally as part of BTI Consulting's 2011 Client Service All-Star list.
Each year, BTI announces its list of Client Service All-Stars, who are identified solely and exclusively by corporate counsel. The only way to be included in the list is through unprompted, unequivocal recommendations from corporate counsel. This year's BTI Client Service All-Star Team is comprised of 318 attorneys nationally who have impressed corporate counsel with their keen understanding of business issues, thought-leading approach and total commitment to client needs - particularly during a time when client dollars are scarce but demands are high.
Castrodale represents large corporate clients in complex business and commercial disputes, successfully litigating cases in federal and state courts throughout the country. These cases encompass securities law claims, business torts, contract disputes, class actions, product liability, trade secrets and non-compete issues. Additionally, Castrodale's background includes all types of ADR proceedings. He earned his B.A. from Youngstown State University and his J.D. from Harvard University Law School, magna cum laude.
In late 2010, Ulmer & Berne was also recognized among law firms by its clients as a 2011 member of BTI's Client Service A-Team, for its outstanding performance in delivering high quality client service.
