Neb. Justices Say Insurer Must Pay Share Of $3.5M Settlement

The Nebraska Supreme Court on Friday ruled that a co-insurer of a property management company has to pay its share of a $3.5 million settlement after a man fell from a balcony at one of the insured's properties, finding that the two insurers have an equal obligation to the insured.
