ST. LOUIS - A Missouri federal judge on April 3 granted an insured's motion to exclude an expert report and testimony submitted by insurers in an asbestos coverage dispute after determining that the expert employs no specialized knowledge to reach his conclusions, and only tells the jury what result to reach with regard to the insured's alleged misrepresentations (Brauer Supply Co. 542(g) Asbestos Personal Injury Trust v. Atlanta International Insurance Co., No. 09-1640, E.D. Mo.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 46751).
