Panel: Consumer Failed To Plead State, Federal Credit Law Claims Against Lender

CINCINNATI - A consumer has failed to plead any of her state and federal credit law claims against a lending institution for rejecting a credit inquiry for the consumer's purchase of an automobile, a Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel ruled April 4 (Diane Wells v. Craig & Landreth Cars, Inc., et al., No. 10-6514, 6th Cir.; 2012 U.S. App. LEXIS 6998).
