University Found Liable For Contributory Infringement By Network Postings Of Works

ATLANTA - A Georgia federal judge on May 11 found that Georgia State University (GSU) infringed some of the asserted copyrighted works of three publishers by the unlicensed use of excerpts of the works on the university's computer networks (Cambridge University Press, et al. v.
