Judge Allows Environmental Groups To Ask Agency To Supplement Record

SEATTLE - A federal judge in Washington on Nov. 6 granted in part a request from the Sierra Club and Center for Environmental Law and Policy for additional information concerning the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's decision to approve without review the State of Washington's total maximum daily load (TMDL) for polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in the Spokane River (Sierra Club, et al. v. Dennis McLerran, et al.,  No. C11-1759RSL, W.D. Wash.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 159954).
