EPA Announces $300,000 Settlement For Cleanup Costs At Massachusetts Site

BOSTON - The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Feb. 5 announced that it had reached an agreement with Pacific Mills Acquisition LLC in which the company agreed to pay $300,000 to the agency for cleanup costs it incurred at the Bay State Plating and Polishing Site in Lawrence, Mass. (In the Matter of Bay State Plating and Polishing Inc. Superfund Site, U.S. EPA Docket No. CERCLA 01-2013-0009).
