Adjuster, Insurer Acted As Single Entity, Judge Finds, Dismissing Bad Faith Claim

PHOENIX - A man involved in a workers' compensation dispute with his insurer failed to support an aiding and abetting claim against the insurer's claims adjuster, an Arizona federal judge found Sept. 4, dismissing the adjuster from a bad faith lawsuit (Anthony Jones v. Colorado Casualty Insurance Co., et al., No. 2:12-cv-01968, D. Ariz.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 126100).
