JACKSON, Miss. - After finding that claims asserted by law office employees who alleged that they were exposed to toxic mold were subject to workers' compensation law, a Mississippi court on Sept. 5 reversed a trial court ruling that denied their employer's motion to dismiss the case for failure to state a claim (Ben U. Bowden, et al. v. Diane Young, et al., No. 2011-IA-01763-SCT, Miss. Sup.; 2013 Miss. LEXIS 459).
