PHILADELPHIA - A Pennsylvania federal judge on Jan. 13 denied insureds' motion to reconsider a Nov. 27 ruling that rejected the insureds' claim for an additional $20,864.28 in damages stemming from a flooded stream (Francis Rudi, et al. v. State Farm Fire & Casualty Co., No. 2:11-cv-04362-WY, E.D. Pa.; 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 3602).
