PHILADELPHIA - A Pennsylvania state police cadet failed to prove employment discrimination caused him to be terminated during his probationary period after having several seizures, the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled March 20 (Emmett Coleman v. Pennsylvania State Police, No. 13-3255, 3rd Cir.; 2014 U.S. App. LEXIS 5237).
