PROVIDENCE, R.I. - A trial court correctly determined that insureds are not entitled to coverage under a homeowners policy for an oil feed line leak because the cause of the loss was corrosion over time and not sudden or accidental as required under the policy, the Rhode Island Supreme Court said April 17 (Wilfredo Nunez et al. v. Merrimack Mutual Fire Insurance Co., No. 2013-129, R.I. Sup.; 2014 R.I. LEXIS 42).
