His clients include breweries, distilleries, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, food producers, motor vehicle firms, and industrial manufacturers. He represents landlords, commercial tenants (and tenants who sub-let), property companies and developers. As an expert in his field and a member of the Property Litigation Association, Michael is a contributor to Lexis Nexis webinars (a leading trainer of law firms). He has lectured for the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) on a number of subjects including commercial rent reviews.
