How to access OnDemand Training:  Help Guide

1. Users with valid PCLaw® and/or Time Matters® AMP must enter correct 7- or 10-digit customer number in Customer/Account # field on My Profile page. If account number is entered incorrectly, user will see full price of Anytime Training. Also, choose the appropriate group (like CICs, LNTPA, etc.) under My Profile. If none, choose N/A.

2. Depending on the type of AMP a user has, the Anytime Training Basic Series for that product will display as $0.00, and the user may register for it and access it free anytime during the AMP subscription period.*

3. User accessibility runs concurrently with the AMP. For example, if the AMP started June 1, 20013, and ends June 1, 2014, then the accessibility to Anytime Training is cancelled on the date the AMP ends.

4. Once user has registered for Anytime Training, it is automatically confirmed and may be accessed immediately. There is no waiting period unless the user has just created a profile. If that is the case, it may take up to 1 hour to see the cost of Anytime Training reduce to zero. The user should log out and back in later to register for Anytime Training at no cost. If the user input a promo code, it may take up to 24 business hours for the class to change from Waiting to be Confirmed to Confirmed. At that point, Anytime Training may be accessed under My Classes. High speed Internet access and headphones or speakers are required.

5. To start the course: Login to LexisNexis® University with your Username and Password. Once you are logged in, click My Classes. Locate the Anytime course for which you registered. Check status to be sure it has been confirmed. If so, you will see the Launch button. Click Launch, and you will be directly connected to the Anytime Training course. Choose a screen resolution, either 1024 x 768 or 800 x 600 by clicking Launch under your choice. The module will take about 30 seconds to load.

6. To end the course and come back later: Locate the X on the lower right corner of the viewing screen and click it. When you come back next time, repeat the steps in #5 above.

7. For assistance with any functions on LexisNexis® University, click Help on the upper-right of the Home page.

(*Access to free Anytime Training applies to customers with a current AMP and is available for length of the AMP subscription period only and/or extended upon AMP renewal.)
