Tom is a partner in the UK Disputes practice.
He specializes in disputes with a regulatory angle, acting for public bodies and regulated entities in litigation and contentious regulatory matters. In particular, Tom has experience with public law, competition, consumer protection and financial services litigation (both wholesale and retail). He has acted for clients in proceedings in the High Court and the Court of Appeal, as well as in arbitrations.
Tom has spent time on secondment to the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers and to an international investment bank.
