Richard has also been appointed as sole arbitrator under the ICC Rules in relation to a financial services dispute.  Prior to joining Three Crowns, Richard spent 12 months on secondment to the M&A team at SABMiller, then the second-largest brewing company in the world.

Richard is an English-qualified solicitor-advocate (Higher Courts Civil) who holds a degree in Jurisprudence from Oxford University.

Nicole Geldenhuys

Nicole is an associate in the London office of Three Crowns. She has experience acting in investment treaty and international commercial arbitrations conducted under the ICSID, UNCITRAL, LCIA and ICC institutional rules. She has advised clients in disputes relating to the energy, oil and gas, aviation, media, telecommunications, and financial services sectors.

Nicole holds an LLM from Columbia Law School, where she was awarded the Parker Certificate of Achievement in International and Comparative Law. She received her undergraduate degree in law from Durham University. She is qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales.
