Kiley has over 25 years’ experience in legal practice and joined the Legal Director in 2015 after a successful career in private practice as a partner heading up the corporate commercial department of a law firm in Sheffield and being part of the senior management team.

After over a decade in practice as a commercial litigator, Kiley has built a practice which is exclusively in non-contentious commercial and corporate work. His understanding of legal disputes gives him a critical insight on the content of commercial agreements.
