Description
After a hopeful summer new variants emerged, causing many employers to push back re-open dates yet again. This constantly changing work landscape has increased stress and anxiety. This program examines wellness through the lens of remote, hybrid, and in-person work environments, and offers a more holistic approach to attorney well-being. And since both employers and individuals have a vested interest in improved well-being, program dialogue will share tools to benefit both. It is our hope that after attending you will have a deeper understanding of the impact of the events of the past year, and more nuanced solutions to help you mitigate the stressors of today’s legal practice.
