Description

The Trademark Modernization Act, which went into effect at the end of December 2021, is “the biggest trademark law that has been enacted since the Lanham Act itself nearly three-quarters of a century ago," said a former acting director of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Understanding and preparing for the newly enacted provisions of the Trademark Modernization Act 2020 can be a daunting task. This 60 minute seminar will provide an update on the current state of practicing Trademark Law within the parameters of the Trademark Modernization Act.
