New Accounting Standards
Accounting and auditing standards and regulations continue to evolve. This session will touch on technical aspects of emerging accounting issues such as ESG, SPACs, and digital assets among others, as well as the new quality management standards critical for public accountants. Expert accountants and staff from the Commission’s Office of the Chief Accountant will offer insights and will highlight the issues associated with those standards and rules including the implications to practitioners and attorneys.
