The program updates experienced environmental attorneys and related professionals and provides general practitioners with a durable framework for understanding the law and counseling clients in this complex, evolving area. Panels will address water regulation, permitting, and protection in the contexts of:
- Chemicals, products, and water quality, including PFAS policies and regulation
- The interrelationship between climate change and water resources
- Interactions between the CWA and other laws, including NEPA, ESA, and the National Historic Preservation Act
