In this session, you will learn how legal analytics equip general counsel, corporate legal, and insurance
specialists to uncover strategic insights about the judges, lawyers, parties, and issues involved in civil
litigation. You will understand how analytics inform counsel’s ability to assess liability risk, valuate
claims, budget files, and choose appropriate outside litigation counsel.
