Description

This course will review recent developments in intellectual property law and practice from trends in litigation and major verdicts to new and pending legislation and regulatory guidance. We will review fundamental legal concepts pertaining to the covered events and how to research related legal matters. The selected emerging issues will be drawn from copyright, trademark and trade secret news with the goal of helping attorneys stay up to date on current awareness and trends in their fields.
