CLE Financial Aid Policy for Attorneys

In an effort to provide affordable CLE programs for attorneys who are unable to attend or participate in a CLE program due to cost considerations, LexisNexis has the following financial Aid Policy in place.

Attorneys with a need for financial aid for LexisNexis CLE programs with an associated fee, can submit requests for consideration in writing via mail or email to the LexisNexis CLE group to:

• Financial Aid Requests will be considered on a program by program basis.
• Licensed programs are not eligible for a discount.
• Financial Aid Requests must be submitted 3 weeks prior program date or desired start date/on- demand.

LexisNexis CLE will notify the requester in writing or via email as to the approved amount of aid. If approved, the aid will be provided in the form of a reduced fee in accordance with the following guidelines:

	Discount Scale:
	Income up to $30,000		75% Discount
	Income $30,000 to $45,000		50% Discount
	Income Income above $45,000		No Discount

	Financial Aid Provisions:
	Attorneys in Public Service		25% Discount
