So many good choices, but I have to agree that Hani Sarji's Estate of Confusion is my vote for the best.  

If you vote for this like the "MVP", you'd look at the top performers in 2010.  Congress's biggest estate tax changes in a decade occurred in December.  Hani's blog was the first to post developments just about every day leading up to it, plus he always posted reader-friendly summaries and appropriate links.

I'm casting my vote for Hani Sarji's Forbes.com blog "Estate of Confusion."  It is always technically excellent and enjoyable to read.  I think it's also worth emphasizing that Sarji was ahead of the curve in blogging about estate tax uncertainty and its impact.  Sarji's blogs are go-to reading for those of us practicing in this space!

There are some great points and interesting takes on the Probate Attorney blog. A great variety of information on various topics. Really enjoyed the various topics and takes on them. I vote for Florida Attorney David Luber's Probate Attorney Blog.

Epilawg hands down! They keep me interested, connected and in the know about current topics relevant to my work and the estate planning practice. Plus, who doesn't love bits of humor sprinkled about their postings to liven things up? In short, the ladies of Epilawg are amazing!

As a retired estate planning attorney of 34 years experience I continue to follow information in the field and found Florida Attorney David Luber's Probate Attorney blog very impressive. It is informative in the areas

of Probate, Real Estate, Wills, Trusts and Estates. Also while working as a California Trusts and Estates attorney I referred a probate case to David and the client thought he did an excellent job and was kept informed throughout the process which went smoothly and concluded successfully.

While I do not regularly practice in the field, I have administered a co-worker's deceased ex-husband's estate and have found David Luber's ProbateAttorneyBlog.com to be an excellent resource for general probate information and many interesting estate planning and probate articles.  I feel in touch with the probate world when going to his blog and highly recommend it to others.
