BECKLEY, W.Va. - Homeowners can intervene in an insurer's coverage lawsuit against its insured that is named in an underlying breach of contract lawsuit filed by the homeowners, a West Virginia federal judge held July 2 (Erie Insurance Property & Casualty Co. v. GC Perry Construction Group Inc., No. 14-15256, S.D. W.Va.; 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 89894).
