Mealey's PI/Product Liability - MDL Sought For Xarelto Uncontrolled Bleeding Cases

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Plaintiffs in 21 cases on Oct. 9 asked a federal judicial panel to centralize lawsuits alleging that the manufacturer and distributor of the anticoagulant Xarelto failed to warn doctors and patients of the risk of severe bleeding and the inability to stop bleeding (In Re: Xarelto(R) Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 2592, JPMDL).
