NASHVILLE - A Tennessee federal magistrate judge in the Aredia/Zometa multidistrict litigation on May 3 recommended that a plaintiff and his attorney be sanctioned with dismissal of their case with prejudice after finding that the attorney willfully failed to take steps to ensure that the widower of the original plaintiff was timely and properly named as the representative of her estate (In Re: Aredia and Zometa Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1760, No. 3:06-md-1760, Jean L.
