TRENTON, N.J. - A New Jersey court on April 9 affirmed a trial court's decision that dismissed an action against a landlord and a management company, finding that the record did not support claims asserted by tenants that they allowed mold growth to persist in breach of a lease agreement (Yana Vasilyeva and Lidiya Yakovleva v. Griggs Farm Inc., et al., No. A-0486-11T1, N.J. Super., App. Div.; 2013 N.J. Super. Unpub. LEXIS 790).
